OUR HISTORY

With a combined five decades of experience in government contracting, for-profit, non-profit and educational organizations, ranging in size from from 20 to 26,000 employees, founders Seana Rubin and Erica Franklin understand the realities of being asked to do more with limited time and resources. 

Our shared tenure as HR leaders revealed a strong alignment in professional values and the core belief that HR can be a strategic differentiator to grow the business. We founded EQ Strategic Partners with one clear goal: to help HR professionals tackle their toughest challenges.
